Located in the picturesque Dales village of Askrigg, Jasmine cottage offers the ideal location for your stay in the heart of Wensleydale. This character stone built terrace cottage, comprising lounge, kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom, shower room and rear courtyard, would ideally suit couples, families and friends. Unfortunately however, the property is not suitable for young children, smokers or pets.

Accommodation The lounge contains TV with VCR and DVD player, music centre, relaxing sofas, dining table and chairs and a wood burning effect stove set on a stone hearth. The modern stylish kitchen contains fan assisted oven, grill and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment as well as the complimenting pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. Upstairs the property offers a 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, of which both have built in wardrobes. A hair dryer is also available. The shower room has a shower, wash hand basin, toilet, heated towel rail and electric under floor heating. To the rear of the property is a secluded and private courtyard. This suntrap offers guests the opportunity of relaxing with a glass of wine after one of many dales walks. All bed linen, towels, tea towels, electricity, heating and water are included in the price. Jasmine Cottage underwent major refurbishments in 2006 and these were completed to high standards. Whilst a fresh new look has been placed on the property, original features still exist to retain the country cottage character. Location - Askrigg, AKA Darrowby in the BBC hit TV series 'All Creatures Great and Small', offers visitors almost everything they need. Guests will find a village shop, newsagents, tea room, restaurant and deli. The village's three pubs are also able to cater for guests varying tastes be it 'good pub grub' and local atmosphere or a more formal dining experience.
- Visitors wishing to explore will find many attractions in and around the dales. 5 miles away, at the head of Wensleydale sits the market town of Hawes. Here guests will find a wider range of shops, eateries and visitor attractions including the famous 'Wensleydale Creamery'. Other dales attractions and sights include: Lake Semmerwater, Aysgarth Falls, Mill Gill Force and the Forbidden Corner.
