In one of the most beautiful parts of Cornwall, the unspoilt village of Lanivet is popular with holidaymakers. It is in the very centre of the county and equidistant from the north and south coasts. Easily accessible by the A30, Lanivet is perfectly placed for visiting numerous attractions including Bodmin Moors, Lanhydrock House, Padstow and the Eden Project, which is just 10 minutes away. The area is crisscrossed with miles of footpaths / the famous Camel Trail. Numerous beautiful beaches are close to hand. It is an ideal base for your sightseeing, walking or surfing holiday.
Jasmine Cottage is stone built approximately 150 years ago in the traditional Cornish style complete with leaded windows. It is situated in a sunny position set in the heart of this old welcoming village, opposite the village green and nearby picturesque church. The interior is newly refurbished having been sympathetically restored to a high standard whilst still preserving the original charm. It offers good quality accommodation: - The living / dining room has beamed ceiling, open fireplace, TV, DVD player, CD player.
 - Again with beamed ceiling, the kitchen is fully fitted with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/drying machine, kettle, and toaster.
- Walk in cupboard with plenty of space for coats / shoes.
- Upstairs a newly fitted bathroom with bath, electric shower, heated towel rail.
- Main bedroom overlooking the green is very spacious and elegant. It has large fitted wardrobes and a wrought iron double bed.
- Second smaller bedroom has twin beds, which can be used as a double or single bed if preferred. Duvets and pillows are provided, bed linen / towels are not.
- All the rooms in the cottage have heating. Electricity included.
- High Chair and cot provided (the green has a small well maintained play ground!).
To hand is the well-appointed local shop, restaurant and village pub both offering good food.
