JACK'S COTTAGE IS CURRENTLY UNDERGOING EXTENSIVE IMPROVEMENTS SO IT IS OFF THE MARKET AT THE MOMENT. WHEN COMPLETED THERE WILL BE A DOWNSTAIRS TWIN BEDROOM WITH ADJACENT BATHROOM. THERE WILL BE A BATHROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR SERVICING A DOUBLE ROOM AND A FAMILY ROOM, THERE WILL ALSO BE A SECOND LOUNGE ON THE FIRST FLOOR WHICH WILL HAVE FABULOUS SEA VIEWS. It will sleep 6-8 depending on nature of the group. There will be 2 x 4 foot beds in the family room

A 2 STORY EXTENSION TO REPLACE THE CURRENT DOWNSTAIRS HALL AND BATHROOM WITH AN EN- SUITE TWIN BEDROOM BEDROOM DOWNSTAIRS AND A SECOND LOUNGE WITH SEAVIEWS UPSTAIRS. THERE WILL ALSO BE AN UPSTAIRS BATHROOM AND THE HOUSE WILL SLEEP UP TO 8 PEOPLE
