Istana offers a luxurious standard of holiday accommodation with its modern stylish fixtures and fittings which flow through every room with hints of Arran and East Asia. Istana has 5 bedrooms.
The ground floor has a lounge, a kitchen & dining room, a double bedroom (king size) with a spacious en-suite shower room and a cloakroom separate guest toilet.
The lounge has a spacious open-plan feel to it, with a pleasant conservatory, comfortable seating, a wood-burning stove and a large flat screen TV with Sky (including some premium channels), a DVD player and a mini HIFI system.
The kitchen and dining Room are equipped to a high standard for self catering with a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs has a master bedroom (king size) with en-suite shower-room, a double bedroom (king size), a twin room (with flat screen TV & DVD player) and a single room.
The 3 single beds in the twin and single all have a comfortable pull-out bed below.
The family bathroom has a large tub and a separate walk-in shower.
All of the bath and shower rooms have under-floor heating, heated towel rails and high pressure rain showers.
Parking at front of the house can accommodate up to three cars.
The rear garden has garden furniture.

Location
Istana is located in the heart of Blackwaterfoot, a charming seaside village on the south-west side if the island with views over the Mull of Kintyre. This lovely holiday house is located within a short walk of all amenities in the village, including convenience stores, specialist butcher (dont miss the chance to try their legendary sausages and steak pie) and bars at the Blackwaterfoot Lodge and Kinloch Hotel. The village has golf, tennis, swimming pool, riding, beaches and many other activities available locally.
