Iris is a converted barn located in beautiful grounds in the secluded hamlet of Stancombe. It comprises high quality self-catering accommodation with all the modern utilities - washing machine, dish washer, microwave etc.

Stancombe Manor includes superb leisure facilities including a heated indoor swimming pool (6m x 13m), newly refurbished with a sauna and new changing rooms, outdoor tennis court, snooker room with full sized table, games room with table tennis, billiards and darts and an outdoor children's play area - or you could just wander around the beautiful grounds. Stancombe offers a delightful holiday, in all seasons.

Iris, Stancombe is situated in the heart of the South Hams region of Devon, between Dartmouth and Salcombe. Stancombe is situated in 21 acres of glorious Devon countryside including our own Cider Orchards and woodland. It is close to many beautiful beaches, coastal walks and other interesting attractions.

The neighbouring village of Frogmore has an excellent bakery, village shop, post office and pub. Kingsbridge, just 3 miles away offers good shopping facilities.
