Ice Cream Cottage is a Victorian cottage located in one of the best seafront positions on the island. It provides fantastic accommodation with 4 bedrooms, 2 at the front overlooking the beaches, and is very well furnished throughout. It has been recently refurbished and decorated to a very high standard with all new appliances. There is a smaller rear paved garden for privacy and a grassed front garden overlooking the beaches with a patio area - ideal for the barbecue and evening drinks overlooking the sea.

Accommodation

Conservatory: Furnished with wicker suite leading directly out to the front garden.
Lounge: Furnished with comfortable suite and chairs, coal effect gas fire, television and fitted carpet. Leads out directly to the conservatory.
Kitchen: Well equipped with new washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, tumble drier and microwave. Fitted cupboards. New electric oven and electric hob. Leading onto dining area.
Dining Area: Furnished with a large pine table and chairs and used as a dining /morning room. Fitted carpet.
Small Lounge: Furnished with a sofabed and small desk/chair is ideal for a quite room to read or write in. Leading off is the downstairs shower room/toilet and stairs.
Downstairs Toilet/Shower room: Small downstairs washroom fitted with new toilet and shower.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (can be separated into twins if required) overlooking the beaches. Dressing table, bedside table, wardrobe and fitted carpet.

Bathroom: Good size upstairs bathroom fitted with with mixer taps, shower and shower screen, washbasin and toilet. Additional independent electric wall mounted fan heater.

Outside

Front Garden: lawned with patio area and driveway for 2 cars. Leads onto the seafront.
Rear Garden: Paved rear yard/garden not overlooked at all as the cliff to the rear shields it and makes it a very private area.

Location
Located on the Esplanade seafront in Shanklin directly leading out onto the beautiful golden beaches. The location is ideal for the perfect beach/seaside holiday and for exploring the islands many attractions with a good bus service to all other parts of the island stopping just outside. The seafront has many cafes, bars and restaurants along with the traditional seaside amusements. The famous Shanklin Chine is located 50 yards away with picturesque walks through to the old town with its thatched cottages and craft shops.
