Hurstlea Cottage dates back to the 18th century. It is located in the grounds of Hurstlea dated 1709, where the meeting was believed to have been convened which led to the building of the first Ironbridge. - Situated in the heart of historic England, two miles from Ironbridge, a world heritage site with its ten different museums.
- Five miles from Much Wenlock, birthplace of William Penny Brookes, founding father of the Modern Olympic Games.
- Seven miles from Bridgnorth and its two towns, as well as the Severn Valley Railway.
 - Fifteen miles from Shrewsbury with its many timber-framed black and white buildings.
Accommodation Available for up to six people. Ground floor accommodation consists of a large lounge with wooden beams and electric fire, fully fitted kitchen (electric cooker etc), shower and WC. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (double and single bed in each with robes and hairdryer), and bathroom. Bed linen and towels included. No smoking. Well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Ample off road parking. A hamper of local and home-made Aga baked goodies as a welcome is provided.
