 Two miles south of the ancient city of Chichester, surrounded by farmland and two 18 hole golf courses, this former windmill and stabling have been converted into five comfortable holiday cottages and flats.

Coach House & Stable Cottage
Hunston Mill dates from the 17th century and has nearly an acre of garden with lawns to relax in, together with a barbecue in the ruin of an old cottage. It is an excellent base for country walking in both the Downs and coastal areas. Pagham harbour nature reserve and sailing at Chichester harbour are both within 3 miles. Our nearest beaches are the cleanest in West Sussex according to a recent survey. The South Downs and Goodwood Racecourse are within ten minutes drive.

Engine House
The accommodation includes: 2 cottages and 3 flats, and they sleep from 2 to 5. The rental prices include: Electricity and gas for lighting, central heating and cooking. Colour television. Bed linen and towels. Use of laundry room. Other facilities: A cot, highchair and folding bed are available upon request. We provide initial supplies of tea and coffee bags, sugar, salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid and toilet roll. Hunston Mill lies half a mile south of the village of Hunston - a small village which has a Parish Church, a Post Office/General Store, a Newsagent and a pub called The Spotted Cow.
