Uniquely attractive Hungate Cottages are located on the outskirts of the delightful historic town of Pickering. Pickering is a charming Yorkshire spot, with ample country inns, restaurants and specialist shopping, and it has its own stop on the North York Moors Steam Railway. - The complex consists of 11 highly individual cottages, in a peaceful setting, just a short walk from Pickering town centre.
- The cottages are all unique, self-contained and each has been converted to the same luxurious standard.
- The beautifully restored period buildings stand around two courtyards in colourful, mature well maintained gardens where visitors can sit out.
- Pickering itself is right on the doorstep of the Yorkshire Moors and is a short drive from the Roman City of York and the beautiful port towns of Whitby and Scarborough.

Rosedale/Farndale (10 +1)
There's a secret hidden door, linking these two cottages, so that a big party of up to eleven can have a holiday together - and yet keep out of each other's way when you want. Overlooking the courtyard, these cottages were converted from original stone farm buildings, and arched stone windows remain. - Two double bedrooms, one with kingsized sleigh bed and washbasin, two twins and two singles, one with washbasin and Z-bed (for +1).
- Two bathrooms/WC with over-bath showers, separate shower room, separate WC.
- Two sitting rooms, both with open fires, one with dining area.
- Two recently refurbished modern kitchens, one with dining area.

This original gardeners cottage was rebuilt and extended in 1998 to make a really splendid holiday home for a large party. - A private south facing garden is enclosed by a limestone wall, and the cottage has a private driveway with ample parking.
- Two double bedrooms, one ensuite, one with sleigh bed and washbasin.
- Two twin bedded rooms, one with washbasin.
- Downstairs twin bedroom with ensuite bathoom/WC and shower (suitable for disabled use).
