Uniquely attractive Hungate Cottages are located on the outskirts of the delightful historic town of Pickering. Pickering is a charming Yorkshire spot, with ample country inns, restaurants and specialist shopping, and it has its own stop on the North York Moors Steam Railway. - The complex consists of 11 highly individual cottages, in a peaceful setting, just a short walk from Pickering town centre.
- The cottages are all unique, self-contained and each has been converted to the same luxurious standard.
- The beautifully restored period buildings stand around two courtyards in colourful, mature well maintained gardens where visitors can sit out.
- Pickering itself is right on the doorstep of the Yorkshire Moors and is a short drive from the Roman City of York and the beautiful port towns of Whitby and Scarborough.

 Glaisdale (sleeps 5+1)
Photo on right This warm cottage overlooks both the orchard and the courtyard. One double room, one twin bedded room, one single bedded room (with room for Z-bed +1) and a bathroom/WC with over-bath shower. Large sitting room with stone fireplace with archway to recently refurbished kitchen/dining room. Rosedale (sleeps 6) - Converted from the old farm trailer shed, this comfortable cottage has arched stone windows over-looking the courtyard.
- Master double bedroom with washbasin, two other twin bedded rooms, a large bathroom with over-bath shower and separate shower room.
- Sitting room with open stone fireplace and recently refurbished modern kitchen.
Levisham (sleeps 6)

Lockton (sleeps 6) - Converted from the original old haybarn, Lockton overlook cricket field and its own private garden (with garden furniture).
- Master double bedroom + ensuite, two twin bedded rooms, a bathroom/WC and a separate shower room.
- Sitting room with open stone fireplace refurbished in 2007 along with a newly fitted kitchen/dining area.
Saltersgate (sleeps 7)
Photo on right - Rebuilt in 1982 with the original stone of the old stock room, this cottage overlooks the upper courtyard.
- Double bedroom next to separate shower room/WC, twin bedded room, bunk bedded room and bathroom/WC with over-bath shower.
