 The Granary with heated pool is a charming three bedroom holiday home occupying an idyllic rural location. It stands in the grounds of the owners' property which was once a Dairy farm. The property is approached from a quiet country lane with spectacular views over its own land and the far reaching countryside beyond. We are well placed for a relaxing holiday but within easy access of numerous attractions.
Accommodation A large oak door leads to the tiled ground floor accommodation comprising entrance lobby, generous well equipped kitchen recently converted from an old stable, Dining area, Victorian style Bathroom and single downstairs bedroom. Upstairs is approached by an attractive staircase leading to a very spacious carpeted lounge with 3 settees, a large Twin bedroom and Double bedroom with en suite shower room. All the bedrooms are well furnished and have wrought iron beds. There is parking for two cars adjacent to The Granary. Winter Heating Charge £60. Facilities - The Granary has a private fenced garden with patio area and BBQ facilities.
- The owners' heated fenced swimming pool is available for guests' own use Mon - Fri between mid May & Sept.
- The Granary is well located for fishing, cycling, riding and excellent walking on the neighbouring farm, and many footpaths in the immediate area.
Location  - Within a short distance of the Deer Park at Buxted Park and Ashdown Forest with its Winnie the Pooh connections for good walking and picnicking.
- Very convenient for Glyndebourne Opera House, numerous National Trust/English Hertitage properties, East Sussex National Golf Course, Plumpton Race Course, Sheffield Park Gardens & Blue Bell Railway.
- Easy access to BRIGHTON, EASTBOURNE, LEWES and TUNBRIDGE WELLS.
- The local station at Buxted is within 10 mins of the property with a regular train service to LONDON.
- Daily ferry crossings to Dieppe, FRANCE with Newhaven Port only a 35 minute drive.
