Beautiful surroundings, peace and tranquillity in a secluded valley with lots of wildlife and deer within a few yards of your door! Our 100 acre deer park can offer you all this and you still have many more attractions within easy distance: National Trust houses and gardens including RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Castle Drogo, Arlington Court.

Situated between Dartmoor, Exmoor and the North Devon coastline you can experience the stunning scenery or cycling on the Tarka trail, horse riding, golf which are all near-by. If you are looking for a holiday that takes you away from the noise and bustle of urban living allowing you to recharge your batteries in completely different surroundings then look no further.

Accommodation
The spacious apartment is a wing of the owner's unique stone barn conversion consisting of 4 large rooms, with connecting hallway, all on the ground floor. The accommodation is centrally heated and double-glazed throughout, has cork and ceramic flooring and has a light and airy feel. The kitchen, lounge and bedroom open onto the south facing patio and verandah, garden and deer park beyond.

THE KITCHEN with dining area, features a timbered ceiling and modern appliances. Enjoy breakfast on the south-facing terrace.

Touch control ceramic hob and single fan oven.
Dishwasher, washing machine, iron and board.
Microwave oven.
Fridge freezer.
Sandwich maker, grill and toaster.
Good selection of local information and maps, country books, novels and games.

THE LOUNGE is comfortably furnished in a contemporary style with a very comfortable and user friendly 3 seater sofa bed, widescreen digital TV, video, DVD and Radio/Music centre. There is a small selection of magazines, CD's, videos and DVD's.

THE BEDROOM has a king-size bed, or ask for the twin beds if preferred; a cot and highchair are available on request.

THE BATHROOM is warm and cosy with separate shower and bath, also including a large airing cupboard.
