Listed by Historic Scotland for its architectural interest, the cottage sits in a commanding position with breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside.
The tiny hamlet of Durisdeer nestling at the foot of the Lowther Hills is the perfect place to relax and unwind with fabulous walks right on your doorstep yet within easy reach of the cities of Edinburgh (60 miles) and Glasgow (45 miles).

Hope Cottage is a three storey traditional stone cottage which has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard and comfortably accommodates up to six people:
