The Homecroft is a nicely furnished 19th century semi-detached stone cottage in the ancient village of Stratton, near Bude, North Cornwall; situated less than two miles from the excellent sandy beaches which are great for surfing. - Stratton is a pretty and relaxing village. A few minutes stroll to the village shop and the superb well known Tree Inn with its courtyard, bars & restaurant with excellent Calvary.
- The cottage is light, spacious and has been refurbished recently with a cosy and inviting cottage style interior.
 Accommodation comprises: Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 has 3 single beds, one of the beds being in an area that can be screened off for privacy. Duvets provided. Kitchen/diner with electric oven, hob unit & microwave. Washing machine. Lounge with colour Television and video player. Bathroom with bath and shower. Multi-Fuel burner in the lounge. Central heating. Parking space for 2 cars in the communal driveway with next door; also parking on the road outside. There is a small enclosed front lawn. Also a side patio garden with garden furniture. ELECTRICITY and CENTRAL HEATING INCLUSIVE.
Local attractions include Pixieland for younger children, the amenities of Bude beach resort and the Tamar Lakes for water sports. Walkers will enjoy the miles of classic sandy beaches, breakwater & cliff walks; with attractive country footpaths and lanes leading from the village.
