Situated overlooking Holyrood Park, just under a mile from the Royal Mile in the centre of Edinburgh, our penthouse apartment sits at the top of a modern building which blends an impressive early 20th Century structure with contemporary architecture. Set in immaculate landscaped grounds, the property is reached by stairs or a lift, which ends its short journey exclusively at the front door of your apartment.
 
Accommodation The apartment sleeps 4 persons in 2 bedrooms: one with a king size double bed, the other which can be set up either with twin beds or with a super kingsize double bed. This 2nd bedroom has its own en suite shower room. There is also a 2nd bathroom with bath tub and shower close to the first bedroom. There is a hall, vestibule and the kitchen is fully equipped with all that you might require during your stay. The large lounge has a leather sofa, dining facilities and a study area. There is also complimentary Wi-Fi connection, a Bose music wave system, TVs with freeview digital channels and a DVD player. The French windows on one side of the lounge open up to the Terrace fitted out with al fresco furniture and from that vantage point you can look across Holyrood Park towards Arthur's Seat and Salisbury Crags. Free parking for one car (an additional space may be possible). Your apartment, including the kitchen, will be totally serviced for your arrival. Appliances include dish washer and washing machine/ dryer. Further details - Owned by Franco and Lynne Galgani, the proprietors of the renowned Southside Guest House, keys can be picked up from this nearby establishment. We can arrange a complimentary taxi to take you the short distance there or you can walk in just 5 minutes.
- For those interested in outdoor activities, we can help organize mountain bikes. You can also climb Arthur's Seat or simply cross the road to enter the Royal Commonwealth Pool and use its pool and gym.
