Holmlea is a detached bungalow, with an enclosed garden, off road parking and direct access to the open forest with great walks over moors and into woods and paths to New Forest pubs. Nearby there are riding stables, a water sport facility, bicycles for hire and several good to excellent pubs and restaurants; there is a village shop and tea room.
Fordingbridge is approximately mid-way between Salisbury, Winchester, Bournemouth and Southampton; there are many interesting places in the area, including the South Coast with ferries to the Isle of Wight.
Accommodation Sitting room with 2 chairs, a very comfortable double sofa-bed, TV and French Window to the garden. Dining room with table and chairs for up to 6. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing/drying machine. 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds. Bathroom with bath, wash basin and WC. Electric fire and night store heating. Weekly changeover Saturday mornings. Tennis court.
