• Walking. The holiday cottage is just a few miles off the Cambrian Way, a classic high route that runs the length of Wales and most of the local moor land is now Open Access.
• Bird Watching. Dinas Bird Sanctuary is only a 20 minute drive.
• Exploring Local History. The old Roman and droving road of Sarn Helen runs nearby and the Dolaucothi Gold Mines are only a 15 minute drive.
• Fishing. The 'Queen of Rivers', The River Teifi, is just 4 miles away.
• Horse Riding. Cae Iago riding centre is just a mile away and Five Saints, 5 miles away.
• Mountain Biking. A wealth of tracks run through local forestry and moor land.
• Beach-combing. The rugged cliffs and expansive beaches of West Wales are under half and hours drive.
