Holly Tree Farm Barns are situated in an idyllic spot just outside the village of Cratfield in rural Suffolk. It comprises 3 very tastefully converted, single storey farm buildings set around a central courtyard, with unbroken views of the surrounding countryside. Each cottage is extremely light and spacious and has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard.

The Heritage Coast and unspoiled delights of Suffolk are nearby.
We are in easy reach of Southwold and Walberswick.
Dunwich and Minsmere are also close by and ideal for bird watching and walking.
Snape Maltings near Aldburgh is renowned for its famous arts program.
We have maps of local walks and can provide cycle routes.
The village pub is an easy walk away.
