A charming 18th century cottage set in pretty gardens, providing a picturesque rural retreat. Cycle Route No 1 winds its way down the quiet lane, which passes the garden gate. It is situated in the tiny hamlet of Sibton Green, just outside Yoxford (2m). Minsmere, Dunwich and North Warren reserves are within easy reach (7m). The area is ideal for walking, cycling, bird watching, riding, fishing and golf. Neighbouring villiages boast some delightful pubs including two Suffolk Pub Grub of the Year winners.
