Hobby Cottage is a completely new house built in 2006 on the site of our old cottage, and set in its own garden. The exterior is quite traditional 'North Norfolk' in style, flint, red brick and pantiles. However the inside of the house is modern, it has oil-fired central heating and also a wood-burning stove. On the south-east and north-east sides there are huge windows giving wonderful views over the fields.

Accommodation Downstairs there is a big open-plan sitting-dining area with the wood-burning stove. This is partially open to a modern all-electric kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a cloakroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and wash-basin. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a bathroom. The cottage overlooks open fields and there is a patio and a small garden around the cottage where you can sit and enjoy the peace of the Norfolk countryside. There are no street-lights and the stars are brilliant on a clear night. Location - It is a quiet and peaceful location, down a lane outside the tiny village of Felbrigg, 2 miles from Cromer and a mile from Felbrigg Hall.
- It is ideally placed for a family seaside holiday or for walkers and birdwatchers.
- Several stately homes open to the public, the Broads, the north Norfolk coast and Norwich are all within easy reach.
- The woods and fields of Felbrigg Hall are within walking distance and open 365 days a year, dawn to dusk.
