This large C18th flint and brick cottage with climbing roses, in a peaceful lane, has exceptional views from every room over the marshes and bird reserve to the sea. Rooms are simply and comfortably furnished to suit the traditional English seaside holiday with children and dogs and it is large enough for 3 generations or two families.

The kitchen's stable door leads to the, sunny, south facing, safe walled garden with lawn, barbecue and ten-seater table.
Walk to the beach, windmill, internationally renowned bird sanctuary and excellent home-made food shops, cafe and pubs.
On warm evenings relax with a drink on the grassy terrace watching the slowly setting sun reflected across the sea.
Cley-next-the-sea has retained the character and charm of being a small 18th century port. The windmill on the old quayside is one of Norfolk's best known landmarks.
The North Norfolk coast is attractive for sailing, birdwatching, walking, cycling, golfing and artists are inspired by the beauty and space of the landscape.
Visit huge sandy beaches, indoor leisure pool, amusement arcades, army tank collection and historic country houses. Ride on the steam railway and take a boat trip to the seal colony.

Single bedroom.
Stairgate top floor only.

Electric radiators/heaters in every room. No central heating.
Electricity by coin operated meter.
Coal provided for open fire.
Further private extensive open grass play area.
