Located in the Derbyshire Dales at the edge of the Peak District National Park, Hillside Croft is central for Derbyshire's many attractions and activities.  Hillside Croft has a wealth of oak beamed ceilings, timbered and revealed stone walls. - There are 5 beautiful bedrooms, one of which is en-suite and a Victorian style master bathroom, totalling 1 bath, 2 showers, 3 WCs.
- The separate lounge and dining rooms have cosy log burning stoves set under inglenook fireplaces. There are 3 colour TVs all with Freeview (one with teletext), video, DVD and Hi Fi.

BILLY'S BOTHY
Billy's Bothy is a beautiful self catering cottage, adapted from a previous workers cottage and bothy. It is located in a quiet and peaceful rural setting 2 miles from the pretty Market town of Ashbourne. - There are an abundance of beams and revealed brick walls throughout. The downstairs windows are a pretty feature with elegantly curved arches over old sty openings.
- This lovely holiday cottage has 2 downstairs double en-suite bedrooms, and 1 twin bedded en suite bedroom. There are also two upstairs double en suite bedrooms. the lounge has a double bed settee and cots and extra Z beds can be provided for those extra guests. Giving the option of sleeping 10 +4 +cots.
 - The spacious lounge with cosy woodburning stove is on the first floor, and opens out on to a different ground level giving access to its own private patio, BBQ and cottage garden.
- The dining room is a delight for those cosy meals with friends, our large dining table will comfortably seat all guests. Meals can be arranged.
- This delightful cottage is fully centrally heated with a cosy log burning stove for your added comfort. All heating, electricity and linen is included.
- A sauna and relaxation room, with surround sound cinema TV is now available.
 - Children are most welcome but we regret that we are a NO Smoking and No Pets establishment.
