Hill Cottage is of traditional Scottish style, comfortably furnished and is located amidst spectacular scenery at the top of Dukes Pass in the heart of the Trossachs and Queen Elizabeth National Park. Forest walks abound and Aberfoyle lies approximately 2 miles in one direction and Loch Katrine a similar distance the other way. If you are lucky you might see a golden eagle or an osprey.
Accommodation Two bedrooms upstairs - 1 double and 1 with two single beds. The bathroom is also upstairs. Superb views down the glen from the bedroom windows. Ground floor has lounge with TV / radio / CD and mulit burner stove. The dining room has an AGA type oil stove which heats the cottage and water, and it also can be used as a second cooker. The kitchen area is open plan with gas cooker and breakfast area. Shower room with toilet. Large lawn area with ample parking. Facilities - All oil, diesel, gas, coal, logs, included in price.

Location: on the A821. Two miles from Aberfoyle and approx. 18 miles from Stirling. Glasgow and Edinburgh also in close proximity.
