 Higher Watchcombe Farm is a wonderful location for a countryside self catering holiday within easy reach of beaches and is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The farm is situated in a stunning unspoilt south facing location in an area which has been designated as one of 'Outstanding Natural Beauty'. The Grade II Listed farmhouse dates back to the 16th century. The cottages were converted from original barns in the 1980s and are spaced around the grounds rather than in a traditional courtyard setting, thereby offering seclusion and privacy. All cottages enjoy complete peace and tranquillity with glorious views of the Umborne Valley and surrounding countryside. Higher Watchcombe Farm is set in the heart of picturesque East Devon and is ideally situated to explore and enjoy an enormous variety of coastal and country attractions. Our coastline offers clean beaches and stunning cliffs stretching from Exmouth's sandy beach through Budleigh Salterton to the Regency splendour of Sidmouth, on through Branscombe, the quaint fishing village of Beer along to Seaton and historic Lyme Regis in West Dorset. The cottages are all homely, spacious and benefit from fully fitted and equipped kitchens, heating and carpeting throughout. Outside each cottage is a private patio area with garden furniture.
