Nestling within a secluded location, set on a picturesque south-facing hillside, Higher Pound provides tranquillity and seclusion with superb views down the valley to the sea. With six delightful cottages to provide a relaxing and comfortable base at any time of year. The 65-acre farm setting is ideal for families, children will love the space and freedom with plenty to keep them interested. Nature lovers will enjoy the opportunity to spot wild deer, rare birds and badgers, there is also direct access to the adjoining Forestry Commission Land with many walks and trails to local Iron Age Forts, the sea and beyond.
 
A Farmhouse and Seven Holiday Cottages converted from traditional stone barns and including such features as exposed roof trusses, and are centrally heated by LPG gas fired boilers.
 
The Cottages - Each cottage is equipped with a range of modern wall and base cupboards, electric cookers, microwave ovens, fridge/freezers.
- The Cottages all have baths with showers.
- All cottages have colour television and have feature electric fires.
- The Cottages have outside seating areas with panoramic countryside views down the valley to the sea.
- The car park for the cottages is set away from the buildings and is laid to chippings, providing ample parking.
