St.Anthony's Cottage
Higher Farm Cottages are a group of 4 cottages situated on the periphery of Higher Farm and adjacent to the village of Langton Herring, Dorset, about 5 miles west of Weymouth. Higher Farm runs down to The Fleet, a sea lagoon bordered by Chesil Beach (or Chesil Bank) on the seaward side, a significant and dramatic feature of the Dorset landscape, and by the Dorset Coast Path on the landward side. It is designated as a World Heritage Site and is often referred to as the Jurassic Coast due to the preponderance of fossils found along this coast.
Higher Farm Cottages comprise 4 units, 3 being fully modernised traditional Dorset cottages from the late 18th/early 19th centuries and The Dairy being a modern architect designed barn conversion completed in 2006 and providing facilities for disabled guests.

Higher Farm Cottage (HFC) is a Grade II listed property with 5 bedrooms (3 doubles, 2 singles), 2 bathrooms and sleeping 8 plus a cot. HFC has its own private garden with a walled garden to the rear.
St Anthony's Cottage (SAC) is a smaller property of similar age but with 3 bedrooms (3 doubles), a bathroom and a shower room. One bedroom and the shower room are on the ground floor.
Bakehouse Cottage is next door to SAC and has 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twin bedded rooms) with 2 bathrooms and a shower room. One double bedroom and the shower room are on the ground floor.
The Dairy is a single storey property with 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin bedded) and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). The twin bedded room and its en-suite shower room satisfy the building regulations for wheelchair access. There is level access from the car parking area to this bedroom and the reception rooms.
