• The dining room has a lovely ambience and is perfect for family get togethers.
• The bedrooms are arranged on two floors of the main house and on the first floor of the coach house annex, a separate building within the grounds just across the courtyard. The main house sleeps 10 in 2 double, 2 twin and 2 single bedrooms. The coach house sleeps 6 in 2 double and 2 single bedrooms and has its own bathroom facilities.
• The family bathroom complete with separate shower and Victorian roll top bath is both luxurious and in the traditional style.
• There is a convenient wet room with WC on the ground floor, ideal for washing sandy children.
• Children of all ages can enjoy the games room situated in the barn.

The gardens  

• The front garden is filled with lavender and rosemary and is oriented for enjoying the sun.
• The back garden is both secluded and spacious.
• A gate leads to a small field that is bordered by parkland and a stream.
• The courtyard is ideal for relaxing and barbecues.
• BBQ and outdoor seating are all provided.
