 A delightful quiet 1 bedroom first floor self catering holiday flat with beautiful views. The owners live in the next house up the lane. They use the ground floor of the cottage as a pottery and when they have the time they make a few pots!
The cottage is set in a peaceful wooded valley in the Exmoor National Park, about a mile from the village of Brompton Regis. It occupies the whole first floor of an old stone-built cottage facing south down a sheltered and secluded oak-wooded valley on the south eastern edge of the Exmoor National Park in Somerset.
Accommodation Double bedroom with wash basin. Lounge with electric fire, colour TV and southerly views. Bathroom with bath and toilet. Kitchen/diner (also with super views down the valley). The kitchen has a fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave, electric cooker, toaster etc. The water is supplied from the owners own natural spring. 
Outside The cottage has a small south facing garden with furniture. The views and the peace are quite special. Off-road parking for one car is available opposite to the cottage. Notes Electricity is included. Blankets and pillows are provided but please bring your own towels. We recommend that you bring your own bedlinen (the bed is 4ft 6in wide). However, bedlinen can be hired at £10 per week extra if requested on your booking form. We regret that the apartment is not suitable for children or pets, and is "No Smoking". The period of hire is Saturday to Saturday. So that we can properly clean and prepare the apartment, we ask that you do not arrive before 4.00pm and vacate before 10.00am. A night storage heater in the sitting room is available without charge. Location
This is perfect walking country where walkers can chose between the lush rolling countryside of West Somerset, the high heather covered moorland of Exmoor with its ancient oak wooded combes or the spectacular coastline to the north which features some of the highest cliffs in England. Exmoor's famous wild ponies and herds of wild Red Deer are sure to be seen during your stay if you venture across the moorland on foot or by car. There are many interesting walks starting from the cottage; The Haddeo Valley, The Haddon Hills and Wimbleball lake are all within a mile or two.
