 Detached 19th century farmhouse, ideally situated amidst beautiful, unspoilt countryside in the heart of Devon, with far reaching views of Dartmoor. This spacious farmhouse, in its tranquil setting, makes an ideal rural holiday home for larger or extended families. It stands in its own grounds with an ample garden area for children to play and 50 acres of land to roam. Dating back to the eighteen hundreds, the rooms are large and comfortable, retaining many period features.
Activities - There are many activities to pursue in the locality and surrounding area.
- Enjoy country walks along quiet, winding lanes and footpaths.
 - A spot of fishing, a game of golf, horse riding, surfing and clay pigeon shooting are all available nearby.
- A designated cycle route also runs alongside the farm.
- The local pub is 1.5 miles away and there is a good choice of other pubs and eating places nearby.
- The rugged north coast of Devon and Cornwall, with their long sandy beaches and coves, can also be explored, as can the market towns of Holsworthy, Hatherleigh and Bideford.
- The Dartmoor National Park, Clovelly, Tarka Trail, Milky Way theme park and the beaches are all within a 25 mile radius of the property. The ferry to Lundy Island also runs from Bideford.
