 Heshcot is a delightfully situated detached bungalow boasting a sheltered, south facing position with sea views from the lounge, main bedroom and patio. The property is located in a quiet road within the unique Undercliffe area of St Lawrence, near Ventnor, ideal for those who like peace, quiet and opportunities to walk the many coastal walks or just sit and watch the many ferries en route to the continent. Heshcot has a large attractive garden with lawn surrounded by mature trees and shrubs and a narrow driveway - CARE. The front of the property is approached by 9 steps, in 3 sets, whereas the rear of the property can be reached via a level path.

This self catering property is very well equipped, comfortably furnished and provides an ideal base for touring the island. There is a local shop/post office within a 5 min stroll and ferries to the Isle of Wight run from Southampton, Portsmouth and Lymington. The property is ideally suited to families/extended families. No pets.
