Located a few minutes from the River Mole, this lovely terraced house is situated in a quiet residential road, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Leatherhead and the mainline station, with trains running directly into London Victoria or London Waterloo (approx 40 minutes). Furnished in a generally contemporary style the house is an ideal base for visitors to the area, whether on business or holiday.

Location

Leatherhead is an ideal base for visitors to the southeast.
There are many attractions in the local area; the River Mole with delightful walks is at the end of the road, the town of Leatherhead itself has a small theatre, restaurants, cafes and bars.
There are numerous National Trust houses within a short drive including Polesden Lacey and Hatchlands.
The south coast is just under an hour by car; the towns of Guildford and Dorking are a short drive as are the picturesque villages of Abinger and Shere.
