This clean and comfortable mid-terraced cottage is within 20 mins of the M1 and within easy reach of all the major tourist attractions in and around the Peak District and is situated in the friendly village of Nether Heage which has a working 6 sailed stone windmill that can be seen from the rear of the cottage. - Pub within walking distance with another at the top of the hill for those who are really fit!
- There are a number of walks around the cottage.
Accommodation: Sitting room with TV and DVD recorder/player. Dining Room and well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. Fairly steep stairs to: Double bedroom with portable TV. Second bedroom with loft bed and separate divan bed underneath. Both beds have enough headroom for adults. Room for a travel cot. Bathroom with good shower over bath. Outside: - Small seating area outside back door that gets the morning sun so perfect for a leisurely breakfast.
 - The enclosed sunny garden is reached by a fairly long pathway and has table and chairs and a BBQ.
- Parking is on the street but not always right outside the cottage but usually close by.

- Electric stove effect fire in sitting room.

 Location: - Nether Heage is approx 2 miles from Belper and is a convenient base to explore the Peak District.
- Denby Pottery, Crich Tramway Museum and Midland Railway are nearby.
- Chatsworth, Haddon Hall and Bakewell are about 40 mins.
- Alton Towers and Birmingham (NEC) and Sheffield Arena are within 1- 1.5 hours.
- Nottingham and Derby are also within easy reach.
