A charming 400 year old mid terraced timbered cottage opposite church in quiet village. Three doors from friendly pub which serves excellent good value fresh food. - Lots of local footpaths and byways to explore.
- Ideally placed for both Norfolk and Suffolk coasts.
- Historic Bury St Edmunds and Norwich City within easy reach.
- Nearby market towns of Diss and Harleston with wealth of shops, restaurants and antiques.
- Bressingham Gardens and Steam Museum is a favourite day out and only 15 mins drive away, as are Carlton Fen Fishing Lakes which abound in big carp and other species (day tickets).
 - Norfolk and Suffolk Broads are easily accessible for day boat hire to explore the networth of rivers and broads.
- Nearby is Lopham and Redgrave Fen, Britain's largest lowland fen (free access).
- Banham Zoo is also 15 mins drive away.

Step up to small hall, door to ground floor bathroom with WC, basin, bath and handshower. Door to kitchen with electric cooker, washing machine, fridge, microwave. Back door to enclosed cottage garden and patio with seating. Staircase to landing with door to Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 attic room with twin beds, sloping ceilings and exposed beams is accessed by narrow wooden winding staircase. Facilities - Parking outside on green.
