Our accommodation comprises:

An oak beamed lounge with a big open fire and comfy sofas.
A large family kitchen, fully equipped with a table big enough for you all to sit around and an oak beamed ceiling.
A utility room with small freezer, second fridge and second cooker.
A large sunny conservatory.
A pool table/games room.
Downstairs cloakroom with toilet and basin.
First floor comprises:
A bathroom, seperate w.c.
5 bedrooms - 1 double with en-suite bathroom (double shower and double basins) and dressing room, 1 double en-suite shower room, 2 twin bedded rooms with en-suite shower rooms and 1 double (next to the seperate w.c. and bathroom).

All fuel, (central heating from 1st October to 30th April) power, bed linen (duvets) and tea towels included. Please birng your own towels.
There is ample parking for tidy drivers.

A very peaceful setting yet close to the town with shops and pubs and a beautiful church.
We are only 2 miles from the coast of Seaton, so other seaside towns like Lyme Regis, Sidmouth, Beer and Branscombe are not far away.
