Little Haven is a traditional stone-built cottage, situated in the hamlet of Kirkton of Balmerino, on the southern banks of the river Tay. In a peaceful and secluded location, it is only ten miles from both St Andrews and the city of Dundee and ideally situated for touring Scotland, being only a few miles from the main motorway network.

The cottage is close to a number of excellent golf courses, but also makes a fine base for walkers and cyclists.
Visitors also have a multitude of beautiful sandy beaches to choose from.
St Andrews houses the oldest university in Scotland, and is also considered to be the historic centre of Scottish religion.
Heading south, along the coastal road you will come to a series of picturesque fishing villages, which make up the "East Neuk" of Fife.
Heading north, across the water, to Dundee, you will find the Royal Research Ship "Discovery", built in Dundee to take Captain Scott to Antarctica.

Little Haven has been fully renovated and modernised, whilst retaining its character with a wealth of natural wood features. Adjacent to The Haven, the cottage has its own private gardens which offer stunning views over the Tay towards Dundee and the Perthshire hills. The patio is just the place to sit on warm summer evenings, watching the sun set over the river. NB: Little Haven has a small unfenced pond in the garden therefore children must be supervised at all times.
