• Accommodation is on one level making the cottage suitable for disabled access.
• Entrance Hall: Spacious area with room for outdoor clothes and buggies.
• Lounge: This large, south facing, comfortable room has large comfortable sofas and chairs, large flat screen TV/ Sky and a large picture window overlooking the large garden.
• Kitchen/Dining Room: This recently refitted room has a real family feel with seating for 6 around a large dining table. The kitchen has electric cooker, fridge with small freezer, automatic washing machine, microwave and toaster. High Chair.
• Bedroom 1: This large double bedded room has large fitted wardrobes and ample storage space; bedside tables and lighting. Full Size Cot.
• Bedroom 2: This spacious family room has a double bed and adult sized bunk beds, wardrobes and drawers.
• Family Bathroom: A fully tiled bathroom with full size non-slip bath and electric shower over. Toilet and wash hand basin and towel rail over radiator.

Outside:  

• Large, lawned, south facing garden. The garden is enclosed and a safe place for children and pets.
• Garden furniture and barbecue is provided.
• Private off road parking for several cars.

• Oil fired central heating throughout.
• Hypoallergenic Duvets and pillows provided.Double glazing throughout.
  Fuel included in the rent.
• Books, games etc.
• Iron, clothes airer and ironing board.

Out and About:  

• The coastline of North Northumberland is well known for its sandy beaches and superb scenery along with its picturesque villages overlooked by magnificent castles.
• Beadnell lies just a few miles east of the main A1 that links Edinburgh with Newcastle-upon-Tyne, yet it remains off the beaten track and as a result has not been spoilt by over-development.
• Just off this stretch of coastline, lie the Farne Islands. Well known by SCUBA divers and naturalists alike, these islands are host to a diverse cross section of marine life and coastal species. Boat trips to the Farnes can be arranged from Seahouses 2 miles away.
• There are interesting market towns in the region. Alnwick with its majestic castle, famous gardens and weekly market is only 12 miles away. Morpeth and Berwick both a scenic 25 mile drive.
• A visit to the region would not be complete without a visit to Holy Island accessed by a causeway when the tide is out.
• Young or old, walker, bird-watcher, golfer or sandcastle builder the area has something for everyone.
