Two stone cottages around a private courtyard in the centre of the village, offering seclusion and peace. The cottages are graded in the top half of 4 star, with an almost unheard of 100% in the grading process for standards of cleanliness.

The River Dove is only a few hundred yards away. Wolfscote Dale and Dovedale are a short distance downstream.

There are numerous footpaths and bridle ways in the immediate vicinity, offering unrivalled walking in the best part of the White Peak. There are three cycle trails within 3 miles.
