Harbour Lodge is a stylish and spacious new build apartment situated only 500 yards from the centre of the seaside town of Whitby. The apartment spans the second and third floor of the complex, with views across the town and harbour, extending to the ruins of Whitby Abbey. The property is finished to a very high standard, and comfortably accommodates 4-6 people, making it an ideal choice for families. Bedding, towels and secure underground parking are all included.
The spacious apartment comprises: LOUNGE - Large lounge with big comfy sofas, 42" cinema TV, DVD/video player, small balcony with views over Whitby. KITCHEN - Modern and spacious kitchen including electric cooker/grill/hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine / tumble dryer, pots, pans and utensils. SEPARATE DINING ROOM - Light and airy room with plenty of space to enjoy dinner, large antique dining table with 6 chairs, sky lights. DOWNSTAIRS TOILET - WC, basin, shaver point. MASTER BEDROOM - With king size bed, views over Whitby, clock radio, TV, plenty of storage space. EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM off master bedroom with WC, basin, shower, heated towel rail and shaver point.
