Harbour House is a historic building with converted 'net' loft with some of the best views in the East Neuk. The house was totally refurbished by the National Trust for Scotland in the 1970s and the current owners have retained the quality of that restoration with the attic conversion. This is one of the finest seaside houses in any of the East Neuk villages overlooking the historic harbour and the Firth of Forth. - It is a fabulous 17th century house providing spacious, bright accommodation for six to eight people on four levels.
 - The property sits with is own private fully-bound walled garden which, in the summertime, gets the sun all day.
- The East Neuk of Fife in Scotland enjoys a micro climate and therefore is one of Scotland's driest locations.
- St Monans is the best kept secret in the East Neuk and Elie is three miles to the West reached by road or the Fife Coastal Path with Pittenweem just over two miles to the East.
- Just 10 miles from St Andrews and an hour from Edinburgh.
- An abundance of golf courses within a short drive and the championship course at St Andrews only 10 miles.
 - There are many other activities including horse riding, tennis, cycling, climbing, abseiling, sailing, windsurfing, water-skiing and diving available in the local area.
- The house is perfectly situated for a seaside holiday - take the Fife coastal path to Elie and you will discover secluded gold beaches long before you reach the popular Elie Beach and Ruby Bay.
- There are numerous pubs and restaurants to suit all budgets in the local area, and the award winning St Monans Sea Food Restaurant is on the other side of the harbour.
- Local shops are 100 yards away and the area is ideal for walking and cycling or just relaxing in this secluded Scottish location.
