Situated in open countryside with far-reaching views, these four self contained cottages have been created from a 17th Century barn of traditional Norfolk chalk lump with a pantiled roof. - An ideal situation for visitors who enjoy walking, bird watching or are simply seeking peace and quiet.
- The area has much to offer locally including Oxburgh Hall and the Iceni Village at Cockley Cley and Water Gardens at Gooderstone.
- Sandringham and the coast are 45 minutes away.
- Local pub serving food within walking distance.
Each cottage features: A wealth of beams, and exposed interior walls. Its own terrace area and shared attractive walled garden. They are comfortably furnished, centrally heated with colour television and a fully equipped kitchen. They are maintained to English Tourist Board Three Star standard. Cowslip Cottage, which sleeps five, has been adapted to suit the semi-disabled person with a ramped path to the front door and a stairlift to the first floor lounge. A twin bedded room, bathroom and kitchen/dining area are on the ground floor. However, it is not suitable for wheelchair access.
Prices include bed linen, towels and heating. Other facilities include ample private parking, and laundry room with metered washing machines and tumble dryer. The cottages are open all the year round and short breaks can be arranged. Brochure available.
