Downstairs cloakroom and drying room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The drawing room has satellite TV, DVD, stereo, toys, games and a wood-burning stove.
On the same floor is the library containing wood panelling designed by Sir Clough Williams-Ellis. It features an open log fire, cosy chairs in which to sit and read, piano and a study with Internet access.

Hafod Cae Maen is set in two acres with formal gardens, and can only be reached by a private road. The gardens look down over the forested edge of the Dwyryd Estuary and beyond to the remote Rhiniog mountains.
The house is not overlooked and the owners live off-site making this a truly relaxing holiday for those wanting complete privacy.
