HAEL-A-GWYNT is a delightful fisherman's cottage, located in the picturesque village of Polperro, just a few yards from the shops, harbour and cliff walks. The cottage is comfortably furnished, well equipped and personally supervised, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.

The cottage comprises:

Lounge/Dining Area which overlooks one of the many narrow streets leading down to the harbour. It boasts an open beamed ceiling and Cornish stone fireplace.
The furnishings consist of a 3-piece suite, dining table and chairs, occasional table, colour television, DVD player and convector heater. Night storage heating operates from October to April, to ensure the cosiness of an out-of-season break in a Fisherman's cottage.

Kitchenette (also with an open beamed ceiling) is well equipped and includes an electric cooker, refrigerator, kettle, iron and board, hoover, toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery etc.

Two Double Bedrooms have co-ordinating furnishings and a duvet and 4 pillows to each sprung interior divan bed. There is a toiletry cabinet and wash hand basin, with a mirror over, shaver point, wardrobe and convector heater in each bedroom.

Bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC, hand basin and illuminated shaver point, with mirror. Heating is via a fan heater.

Electricity is supplied through a £1 slot meter.
Hot water is supplied by an electric immersion heater.
No linen is provided but is available for hire.
A private car parking space is available 350 yards from the cottage.
There is a small drying area outside the cottage.
