 Gulls Nest is a delightful, detached holiday cottage, converted in June 2007 from a former artists studio to offer relaxing and comfortable accommodation. Located in the heart of central St.Ives and yet quietly situated in a tucked away position off Tregenna Hill, Gulls Nest is just five minutes walk away from the award winning Beaches and the Harbour. - Whilst fishing, farming and mining are the industries that shaped St.Ives, it is now world famous for its award winning beaches, art galleries including the Tate and Barbara Hepworth, studios, craft shops and world class restaurants.
 - Whether you visit St.Ives to surf, to explore the coastal walks, eat at its cosmopolitan restaurants or visit the numerous galleries or simply to relax on the beaches there is something to please every taste and age.
Gulls Nest is a smart 'plain-pied' style conversion offering pristine accommodation with modern decor and an exceptional standard of comfort, with all new furnishings. - From the path leading to the cottage one enters into the modern kitchen with luxury wet room off.
