 Grove Villa is an inspirational 4 bedroom family home in a spectacular setting under the famous Black Hill. We are in open farmland with our own large lawns, meadow and wooded pond area. The fully modernised house is spacious and comfortable including: Gas central heating. A large country kitchen with double oven range, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer etc. A panoramic studio sitting room facing Black Hill and a cosy ancient cottage parlour with open fire. There is an upper bathroom and ground floor shower room with additional WC. Add in the table tennis table, games, bikes, hi-fi, free to air TV and fax - and you have a wonderful leisure home in a beautiful, peaceful and accessible location. Grove Villa is at its best sharing with friends and family. Everything is provided but you do need a car (there are no corner shops) and, blissfully, mobile phones do not work in Craswall! |
