GROOMS COTTAGE is an ideal location, being very much part of the farm, in a peaceful countryside setting but also only 1 mile away from the market town of Bicester. It is a detached, single storey, part 17th century cottage which sits in its own very pretty enclosed garden, close to the main farmhouse where a warm welcome awaits.

ACCOMMODATION

Equipped to a high standard with lovely furnishings and fabrics and interlined curtains.
Great character with many original features, exposed beams and even the original bread oven.
The cotton bed linen and towels provided are all very good quality, as are the beds, assuring you of a good, comfortable night's sleep.

Beautiful, enclosed garden which can be secure for small children.
Patio with table and chairs enabling you to enjoy the pretty setting.
Plenty of parking.

LOCATION

Only 10 mins access to Junction 9 or 10 of the M40 for London, Warwick or Birmingham.
Oxford, honey coloured Cotswold villages, Blenheim Palace or Waddesden Manor are all less than 20 mins drive.
Excellent transport links:
- Regular buses to Oxford and Cambridge from Bicester.
- Direct train from Bicester to London Marylebone only 1 hour.
