A few miles north of the market town of Kingsbridge nestling in peaceful valley lies Grimpstonleigh. A small lane accessed off the Kingsbridge to Totnes road winds down the valley to Lower Grimpstonleigh where the self-catering Barns (Top & Cider & Apple Cottage) can be found.

Lower Grimpstonleigh is the ideal location for exploring both Dartmoor National Park and the South Devon coastline, with its spectacular scenery and unspoilt sandy beaches.
The Barns at Lower Grimpstonleigh have now been restored and converted over the past seven years to provide luxury self-catering holiday accommodation to the highest standard in an orchard setting.
You will find many thoughtful details in Cider & Top Barn; from books, DVDs, Nintendo Wii and games to a welcome hamper including a bottle our Grimpstonleigh Apple Juice and Ciders made from our own orchards.
