GREENLANDS is a 2004 conversion from Steading to quality holiday self-catering accommodation. Finished and furnished to a high standard with oil central heating and accommodation for 4-6 people. Located on Royal Deeside in an ideal situation close to the River Dee and convenient to both the North and South Deeside roads, it is within 10 minutes' walking distance of the Potarch Hotel.

Aboyne - 8 miles, Banchory - 8 miles, Aberdeen - 28 miles.

Ground Floor:  

• Large living room with double doors opening on to paved area. Sofa bed converts to double bed. DVD and Freeview TV. CD player/radio.
• Kitchen/Dining with feature double doors. Fully equipped with single oven/grill, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher. Telephone.
• Spacious Utility Room. Oil CH boiler, washing machine, tumble drier, freezer, sink.
• Shower Room with corner shower, whb and WC.

Upper Floor:  

• Master Bedroom with double bed which can be converted to 2 single beds.
• Bedroom with twin beds.
• Bathroom with bath, whb and WC.

Fuel and Electricity, duvets, linen and towels are included in the weekly rent.
