Green Gables is an unusual 1930s 'Hollywood style' Bungalow situated just outside of the Dartmoor National park in the small village of Liverton.

The Bungalow has extensive level lawns and patio area at the rear with off road parking next to the bungalow for up to 3 cars with secure bicycle storage if required.

Ideally situated in a wooded location. Nearby is a very well stocked village store and post office (50 metres), very popular village pub with high quality food within 5 minutes walk.
Sporting facilities close by include Stover and Hele park golf courses 1 mile and 3 miles, excellent fishing at Kennick, Tottiford, and Trenchford lakes, horse riding at Widecombe in the moor and Haytor.
At Green Gables you are uniquely situated between the Dartmoor National Park with its 360 sq miles of outstanding beauty and the renowned south Devon coasts with excellent beaches from Exmouth leading down to through to Dawlish, Teignmouth to Torbay and the famous sea port of Dartmouth and Slapton sands beyond.
You are in an ideal situation for both walking mountain biking with both activities well catered for in the locality.
The famous Trago Mills shopping and leisure centre is a short 5 minute walk away, children and adults can spend a whole day there, or alternatively you can take another short walk to Stover lake and woodland on its many paths with wildlife watching opportunities.
