Green Craig is located on a small 50 acre mature woodland estate. Neighboured on one side by Craigielaw Golf club, on the other by Kilspindie Golf club and has the biggest sandpit in East Lothian feet from the front door! The stunning views over the sea towards Edinburgh and Fife are viewed from most of the windows in the house. Beautifully decorated and furnished to the highest of standards. For those who wish to have a holiday on the beach yet be within a 35 minute drive of Edinburgh, Green Craig is perfect!

Ground floor

Large sitting room with open fire, 42 plasma TV, satellite, DVD, iPod dock and CD player, with access onto terrace, with stunning views over Gosford Bay.
Spacious panelled dining room with a dining table that seats 12, open log fire and access on to terrace Gallery relaxing space - WIFI available here.
Huge family kitchen with table and chairs for up to 12 guests. The kitchen has 2 dishwashers, 6 gas burner hob, double oven, microwave, large fridge, deep freeze and a Japanese teppan yaki hot plate and plate warmer.
Utility room has one large American top loader washing machine and two large tumble dryers, iron board and iron.
Boot room for all outdoor clothing, golf clubs, dogs must sleep in here, leads to WC.

First floor

Six stunning bedrooms which can either be king size or twins. All have sea views.
Each has a luxurious en suite bathroom with showers either over the baths or separate to the bath, all have heated towel rails and heated tiled floors, there are no shaver points, adaptors available.
Hairdryers are provided.

Grounds

There are expansive lawns and flower borders with plenty of parking, two terraces accessed from the sitting room and dining room perfect for BBQs and sundowners watching the sun set over the sea.
There is a chipping lawn, practice bunker and swing. Direct access is available from the house onto the beach. At rear of house there is an area suitable for landing a helicopter.

A huge amount of activities are available there are some 19 golf courses within minutes of a drive, horse riding, hot air ballooning, falconry and go karting to name but a few.
Catering can be provided breakfasts, lunches, picnics and dinners. Daily maid service can also be arranged.

Locally

As mentioned before, Green Craig is perfectly located to make use of some 19 links golf courses including, Muirfield, Gullane, Luffness, North Berwick and Dunbar.
Tee times can be booked prior to your arrival for a small fee.
There is fishing, hill walking, the John Muir Way, shooting and water sports.
For those less energetic there is the Museum of Fight with the Concord Experience, the Scottish Seabird Centre and our local distillery, Glenkinchie.
Green Craig is also situated on the Aberlady Nature reserve which has an abundant amount of wildlife and waterfowl, seals can be observed from the house and in the autumn the grey legged geese arrive in their thousands!
Two miles away is a train station which in 20 minutes will have you in the centre of historic Edinburgh.
