Greenacres is a spacious, recently refurbished, detached house set within its own grounds and surrounded by countryside.
Situated 4 miles from the famous book town of Hay-on-Wye, 16 miles from Hereford city and approximately 20 miles from Brecon and Ross-on-Wye. Clifford is an ideal area for: - Easy access to the River Wye, Brecon Beacons, Black Mountains and Offa's Dyke Path.

Accommodation: 2 double bedrooms with double beds. 1 single bedroom. Bedding is provided (please provide own towels). Central heating. Lounge has satellite colour television and radio/tape player. Kitchen/diner is fully equipped with fridge, microwave and electric cooker. Washing machine. Bathroom has large bath, over bath shower, hand basin, WC and shaver point. Cloakroom with hand basin, WC and shaver point. Large conservatory. Large enclosed gardens and lawns with patio area. A complimentary tea tray including a pint of milk and local newspaper on arrival. An information file. Ample parking on enclosed private driveway. Greenacres is a non-smoking home and we request no pets please.
A non-returnable deposit of £100 is payable on booking, and the balance is due 4 weeks before arrival. If booking is placed less than 4 weeks before arrival the balance is required in full.
