Single storey one bedroom self contained cottage with south facing patio garden, having views over fields to South Downs. Situated in the South Downs National Park, adjacent to South Downs Way.

Modern fully fitted kitchen with granite worktop including full size oven, hob, combi/microwave, integrated fridge.
Full central heating and constant hot water included in price.
Large flat screen Freeview tv in lounge and smaller one in bedroom with either twin or king bed.
Free hardwired internet access.
Crisp white linen, soft white towels and tea towels supplied. Beach towels supplied free on request.
Cottage is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery etc.
Own garden with picnic bench, sun loungers and washing line.
Washing machine and tumble drier in separate laundry room.
Owners live on site.
Car essential. Large private gated carpark with security lighting.
Fresh eggs available if our chickens are in the mood to lay!

Location

Storrington Village has pubs, tearooms and bike hire as well as Waitrose.
Easy access to Amberley, Arundel, Brighton, Chichester, Steyning, Petworth, Goodwood, Fontwell, Pulborough Brooks RSPB Centre, Southdown competition grade Shooting Ground, to name but a few!
